In December 2019, BCG was the awarded Construction Manager for the Quicken Loans Tenant Improvement Project, located in the One Campus Martius Building in Downtown Detroit.
There are two separate project areas: “The Infill” and “The Refresh”
- The Infill consists of approximately 150,000 SF of white box space.
- The Refresh consists of approximately 270,000 SF of the existing, occupied office wings (known as Woodward and Monroe) which will be renovated in phases upon completion of The Infill.
